Playtest Games was set up to help games companies test their games and we specialise in testing with children aged 17 and under.

Meet the Team

Becky and Olivia are experts in children’s UX and games testing and belong to the Market Research Society.


  • Co-founder

    Becky specialises in producing high quality games for children aged 17 and under. She has worked with numerous kids’ and family brands for over 20 years and has run testing sessions for some of the biggest names in children’s media such as CBeebies, CBBC, Sky Kids, Moonbug, World Wildlife Fund and Lego. 

    Becky has produced and tested products including console games, websites, apps, physical experiences and TV shows. These have been done for a range of clients from start ups to national museums and broadcasters. 


  • Co-founder

    Olivia has over 20 years’ experience in children’s media and education, creating and user testing digital content and experiences across CBeebies, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, Discovery Education, BBC Bitesize, Sky Kids, Moonbug and Outright Games. Her experience spans apps, websites, console games and games for TV. 

    Olivia is a BAFTA Kids and Games judge, is on the Children’s Media Conference advisory committee leading the Inclusivity Working Group, and is a member of the executive group at The Children's Media Foundation. She has an MA in Early Childhood Studies and is a member of the Market Research Society.
